Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the links below to track your shipment.
Step 1 — Find your tracking number
Check your shipping confirmation email for your YunExpress tracking number. It starts with “YT” followed by a series of numbers.
Step 2 — Track your order
Visit one of the following tracking websites and enter your tracking number:

Step 3 — Last mile delivery
Once your package arrives in your country it will be handed over to your local courier for final delivery. You can track the last mile delivery using the same tracking number on your local postal service website.

Haven’t received your order?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package please check with neighbours or family members in case it was taken in on your behalf. If you still can’t locate your package please contact us at
